Description:
This project involves assembling regenerative braking motors for electric vehicles and inspecting various parameters such as cogging, friction, insulation, inductance, back EMF, torque, torque ripple, and noise/vibration. Based on these measurements, it determines whether the motor is a good product or defective.
During the assembly and inspection process, all measurement data is saved in Excel format on each PC and then transmitted to the main servers MES database. The saved data can be reviewed to ensure defective products are not shipped. Furthermore, it enables tracing of where and why defects occur by analyzing the inspection results.
